Delete your Message Alarm data
Message Alarm does not have user accounts. Most of your data — your rules, alert history, saved tones and settings — lives only on your phone. A small amount of technical data is stored on our server (see the Privacy Policy, section 3).
Delete the data on your phone
- Alert history: open Message Alarm → History → ⋮ → Clear history.
- Everything: uninstall Message Alarm, or go to Android Settings → Apps → Message Alarm → Storage → Clear storage. This deletes your rules, history, saved tones and settings.
Delete the data on our server
Email almujahid1100@gmail.com with the subject "Message Alarm data deletion request". If possible, include the approximate date you installed the app and your phone model so we can find your installation.
We will delete the following within 30 days and confirm by email:
- Firebase Cloud Messaging token
- Android ID (installation identifier)
- Country and time zone
- Alarm count
- Any app names you added that were reported to improve our filters, linked to your installation
What we may keep
Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you (for example, the total number of installs) may be kept. Analytics and crash data held by Google Firebase are deleted automatically according to its retention period (at most 14 months for analytics, 90 days for crash reports). We may keep information if the law requires it.
